Paragliding

The terrain for training interested people as well as professional flying for those with experience. Start orientation for northern winds and southern winds, 2067 mnm with an observatory at the peak in which you can get basic info about the conditions on top such as strength and direction of the wind.

At the mountain itself, there are many grassy and lightly straightened starts at different altitudes for beginners and the experienced. Access to the mountain is Sarajevo - Krupac - Igman (Police station) - Bjelasnica - Babin Dol. Also Mostar - Hadzici - Igman - Bjelasnica - Babin Dol. Mine fields: mostly all the roads and valleys in the closer area are mine free (contact club members for details).

Potential: flight 45 km long. Possibility for bigger flights across the reef towards Konjic, Jablanica, Mostar, Prozor, Livno etc. The highest flied altitude is around 3400 mnm. Very strong thermals during the spring and summer period.
